SUMMARY:Circular-Bio Feldsymposium: Neue Feldfrüchte\, neuer Wert – Eiweißpflanzen im Fokus
DESCRIPTION:Das Interesse an der Thematik “Alternative Proteinpflanzen und Insektenprotein” ist groß\, wie unser vorangegangenes Forum “The future of alternative proteins – Meeting the experts”  am 5. April 2022 gezeigt hat. Aus diesem Grund wollen wir einen Schritt weiter gehen und uns durch das Angebot von zwei weiteren Veranstaltungen nun der Praxis zuwenden. Das ist unsere zweite Veranstaltung: Das Feldsymposium. \n\nAm Freitag\, den 30. September\, findet auf dem Brightlands Campus Greenport Venlo eine besondere Veranstaltung statt: Feldsymposium – Neue Feldfrüchte\, neuer Wert – Fokus Eiweißpflanzen. Dieses morgendliche Programm wird von Platform Nieuwe Teelten Limburg organisiert. \nWährend dieses ersten Feldsymposiums stehen Eiweißpflanzen und die Positionierung im Mittelpunkt. In einem abwechslungsreichen Programm wird das gesamte Spielfeld von Anbau\, Ernte und hochwertigen (Lebensmittel-)Anwendungen für proteinreiche Quellen betrachtet.
