Unlocking the potential of insect-derived products for a sustainable bioeconomy

 

In the scope of the FARMŸNG project, CLIB has elaborated a policy brief, giving an overview of the potential of insect farming and its outputs. What are future developments, and which regulation still holds back insect-based intermediates and products for the feed, food, and chemicals industry?
