CLIB strategy retreat 2026 – CLIB – Cluster industrielle Biotechnologie

Four years after our last strategy retreat, it was time to take a step back and reflect on the future direction of CLIB.

In a world shaped by increasing economic, technological, and geopolitical volatility, we discussed the role CLIB should play in the years ahead and how we can continue to support the transformation toward a sustainable bioeconomy.

At the heart of our discussions was one key question:

How can we continue to create the greatest possible value for our members in the future?

The exchange once again highlighted the breadth of expertise, experience, and perspectives within the CLIB network. The insights, ideas, and constructive debates generated during the retreat will help us further refine our strategy and ensure that CLIB remains a strong, relevant, and valuable partner for its members.
