Call for Innovations – Renewable Materials Conference, 18-20 May 2021, Cologne (online event)

For the first time, there will be a comprehensive and unique award for the best renewable material – which can be produced either from biomass, directly via CO2 utilisation, or recycling. It will be carried out within the framework of the „Renewable Materials Conference 2021“. Naturally, this includes the established areas of bio-based polymers and biocomposites. The most exciting new materials made from renewable carbon will be nominated, which all have one thing in common: They avoid and substitute fossil-based materials. The renewable materials should already be on the market in products or their market introduction should take place in the foreseeable future. Companies looking for renewable materials should be able to source them soon. The award is given by nova-Institute and sponsored by COVESTRO.
