CKB publishes white paper on “Intellectual Property Protection”

CLIB has published another white paper as part of the ERDF-funded project CKB – CLIB Competence Centre Biotechnology. Patent attorney Dr. Michael Barth from Eder Schieschke & Partner mbB prepared the white paper on the topic of “Intellectual Property Protection” on behalf of CLIB. The white paper summarises important questions around the topic and gives advice for the correct handling of IP generation.
