The final event in this year’s CIC2021 series will take place as a hybrid event at the Lindner Congress Hotel in Düsseldorf on 29 June. Under the motto “Biotechnology 2021: Advancing into a decade of sustainability”, we will discuss topics such as structural change, technology transfer and scaling of biotechnological processes, sustainable solutions for the textile industry and contributions of biotechnology to closing the loop in plastics. In these diverse thematic areas, we want to highlight contributions of biotechnology to sustainability and to the transformation of industry.

Registration

Registration for our digital event has already opened. Registration closes on 24 June.

The price for participation on site including catering is € 300 (plus fees and taxes). Digital participation is € 120 (plus fees and taxes). Should an on-site participation not be possible due to Corona-restrictions, your ticket will be converted into an online ticket and the remaining amount will be credited. Non-profit organisations can request a 25% discount on ticket prices. To do so, simply send an email to info@clib-cluster.de.

Participation in the event is free of charge as a CLIB member for up to 3 participants on site. As a CLIB member, you can receive an unlimited number of free tickets for your organisation for digital participation. 

If you have already registered for all Event Series sessions, you can continue to use the access to the platform that you received for the earlier events. Your access remains valid until the end of the CIC Event Series.

25% of all proceeds will be donated to the project Gutenachtbus Düsseldorf. The Gutenachtbus supports homeless and poor people on the street at night.

Networking

Networking is also important to us in the digital space. The CIC2021 event series will take place via the platform Eventmobi. On the platform, you can set up a profile and arrange 1-to-1 meetings with other participants. The platform will also remain active for this final hybrid event.
