MPowerBIO Business Support Programme enters on-demand phase

The second iteration of the Business Support Programme has concluded its live sessions in mid-June. During the second iteration of the BSP programme 36 individual SMEs were trained.  All the sessions (live and pre-recorded) are now available on the MPowerBIO courses website.
Courses include:

  • Reverse investor pitch and “ask me anything” session with bioeconomy investors
  • Marketing, communications and branding for your business
  • How to create and deliver a compelling investor pitch deck
  • How to strategically match your company growth and EU funding opportunities
  • The Lean Canvas – your company’s business model on a single page
  • Sales and marketing channels
  • Marketing, communications and branding for your business
  • Market validation: is there a need for your product in the market
  • The process and phases of raising capital – main steps including legal specifications
  • Reporting and exit strategies – life with an investor
  • Optimising access to capital: crowdfunding and other

All European bio-based SMEs are welcome to self-enrol in the courses and access video recordings and presentation slides.

Next up in the MPowerBIO programme are regional events, organised by project partners to give SMEs the chance to apply their new knowledge and pitch in front of mentors and investors. Check here for a list of events, or apply directly to the one organised by CLIB.
