SUMMARY:5th International Bioeconomy Congress Baden-Württemberg
DESCRIPTION:The transformation of the status quo challenges all of us. But where are we today? How are research findings being translated into practice? The 5th International Bioeconomy Congress Baden-Württemberg aims to provide an answer to these questions in English and German language. \nThe focus is on discussions and contributions on application-related bioeconomy topics as a contribution to sustainable economics: \n\nSpecialist panel discussions on “Circular bioeconomy as an integrative system approach in urban areas” and “Importance of biotechnology as a key technology in the bioeconomy”\nUrban bioeconomy areas as innovation ecosystems for the sustainable bioeconomy – closing material cycles by developing secondary raw material sources\nMunicipalities as drivers in the urban bioeconomy\nSuccess stories – successful (international) examples from the idea to implementation\nSustainable construction and living\nRenewable materials for everyday products\n\nThe Congress is free to attend. Registration is required due to limited places. \nYou can find more information here.
