DESCRIPTION:The transition towards a circular bioeconomy is crucial for meeting the goals of the European Green Deal and the Circular Economy Action Plan and for tackling the climate and biodiversity crises. \nFollowing on from COP16 on Biological Diversity and on the same day that delegates will be discussing nature and biodiversity at COP29 on Climate Change in Azerbaijan\, the ECESP Leadership Group on Circular Bioeconomy invites you to join the #EUCircularTalks on Circular Bioeconomy Transformation Methodologies. \nThe BIOTRANSFORM project has developed innovative methodologies and tools to support this transition at regional level. To enhance their impact\, we must engage regional managers\, experts and stakeholders to share good practices\, gather feedback and explore opportunities for replication and scaling. \nThis webinar aims to: \n\nPresent the methodology and tools to a wider audience for feedback and refinement;\nInform regional managers about the tools and gather feedback from them on potential applications;\nIdentify potential replicator regions and establish a network of interested stakeholders for future collaboration.\n\nThe workshop will be structured into three sections\, each lasting 20 minutes and covering different aspects of the circular bioeconomy transition: \n\nIntroduction to BIOTRANSFORM’s methodology and tools;\nRegional application and feedback;\nGovernance and collaboration for scaling impact.\n\nDon’t miss this chance to learn about the transformation methodology’s application in and benefits for various regional contexts. \nRegister here.
