SUMMARY:9. Internationales BioSC Symposium "Bioeconomy - Circularity - Sustainability"
DESCRIPTION:The International BioSC Symposium\, a platform for inter- and transdisciplinary exchange for a sustainable bioeconomy\, focuses in its 9th edition on the connections and links between bioeconomy\, sustainability and circularity in the context of global change and climate change. The focus of the first day will be on the connection between circular economy and sustainable business and the role and task of the bioeconomy in this. On the second day\, the role of innovation\, advanced product design\, artificial intelligence (AI) and digitalization as drivers of sustainable technologies and processes will be highlighted. The Poster Call invites participants to present current results of interdisciplinary bioeconomy research. \nAs part of the 9th BioSC Symposium\, a workshop for all PhD students of the BioSC core groups on ‘Science Communication & Social Media’ will be held on 25 November\, 2025\, afternoon.
