The Council of the EU is expected to adopt the proposal by the end of November, leading to the launch of CBE JU before the end of the year.<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden\">\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<p>\u2018After today&#8217;s vote the Parliament is making sure that joint undertakings have their set of rules in place, in line with Horizon Europe, with greater openness and transparency and fit for supporting our policy objectives.
