At CLIB, we believe biotech is ready to create impact: For the transformation of processes, of industries, and of our whole economy. But what is still needed to realise the potential we all see in biotechnology? How can we finally move from niche to norm? And how will Europe fare in global competition? Join our CIC2025 on 18 and 19 February in D\u00fcsseldorf to learn more.
\nDuring these two days, numerous renowned speakers will address these questions from different perspectives. Obviously, we will take a closer look at which biocatalysts and processes are already available and how they will contribute to the transformation of our industry. Moreover, other topics are currently emerging: With the help of biotechnology, recycling can provide access to new feedstocks and enable regional material cycles. In the field of textiles, increasingly stringent market requirements are opening up new potentials for biotechnology.
\nAs regulation plays an important role in all these areas, we have chosen it as the focus of our panel discussion. Together with selected experts, we want to show not only where regulation is currently an obstacle, but also how a well-thought-out regulation can actively drive a sustainable transformation.
