Through intensive networking and the promotion of cross-border model projects, we were able to identify key challenges and develop practical solutions.<\/p>\n<p>In the final webinar, we will present one of the most important results of the project: the <strong>recommendations<\/strong> for action, which summarise the main obstacles, needs, and future impulses in eight thematic areas \u2013 based on expert interviews and the experiences of the project partners.
