Many new food trends at the Ideenfutter Expo 2023

On 13 September, CLIB visited the Ideenfutter Expo 2023 organised by Foodhub NRW e.V.. In addition to many young start-ups from the food industry, many industry representatives, experts, and investors were also at the fair and discussed the future of the food industry in workshops, round tables, and lunch talks. CLIB met acquaintances from its own network and forged new contacts and was also able to taste innovations at some of the stands.
